Beautiful new and modern rooms, but….
The room was new and exceptionally nice. New and modern.
Location is a 20 minute ride from the center. Breakfast is not a buffet and was very disappointing. We hardly ate there. The hotel doesn’t reply promptly to messages sent to them via booking.com. When arrived at night we waited at the reception for about 10 minutes for someone to come. The hotel must improve their service. Much has been invested in the rooms but all the rest needs to be improved.

Staff attitude, Problem Solving very slow, Water system; water pressure very weak; can't use Jacuzzi and use more time while Shower. Slippery floor in Bathroom.
